Strangulation

Like he said he doesn't strangle Bart anymore and while I am aware what the crew says Homer says times have changed. I mean when has there been a time in South Park where they killed Kenny?

Homer officially states he hasn't strangled Bart but then why in Bad Boys… For Life did they finally bring it back? I get the creators confirmed it will continue but as Homer said, times have changed.

Do you think Bart has gotten used to Homer's strangling?

Note: I know this subject may sound a bit weird, let alone very stupid, but it was an interesting idea that has been kicking around in my mind for quite some time, and I wanted to get it off of my chest once and for all.

Back to the Main Topic:

Nearly everyone on this planet knows about Homer strangling Bart for when he Constantly Misbehaves, but when I look at the strong grip of Homer Simpson's hands, I feel as if Homer Simpson were to get so angry that a Certain Line would be Crossed.

The line I am talking about is the 'Do not kill' line, which most Protagonists of DC and Marvel wouldn't dare cross, but Homer Simpson has been shown to cross that line several times throughout The Simpsons in Comics, Games, the TV Show, and so on.

This brings me back to the main discussion, where Homer Simpson gets so angry at Bart Simpson for something very naughty he's done, that Homer Simpson decides 'Enough is Enough', and then SNAPS Bart Simpson's Neck Completely. However, Homer Simpson does this so hard, that Bart Simpson's Brain Stem is severed, so that Bart Simpson dies from a broken neck, and is too dead to be paralysed below the neck. I have a few questions about this topic, and before you ask, I am excluding the time when Bart Simpson snapped his own neck by accident in the intro of the couch gag of Treehouse of Horror IX, where Freddy Kruegar and Jason Voorhees are waiting for the Simpson family to come home.

1) Would Homer Simpson dare to Snap Bart Simpson's Neck?

2) Has Homer Simpson ever Snapped Bart Simpson's Neck Before?

3) Who else, if any one, has Snapped Bart Simpson's Neck?

4) Will there be a Future The Simpson's Episode where Homer Simpson Snaps Bart Simpson's Neck?

And finally,

5) How will Bart Simpson somehow get resurrected after getting killed by Homer Simpson?

I am not wanting Bart Simpson to get killed off, nor do I want to see The End of The Simpsons, as I am a Kind-of-Fan of The Simpsons, but I would really love to see if Homer Simpson would dare fully Cross that Line, and put Bart Simpson down, Temporarily.

But what do The Simpsons Fans think of this idea?

Would Homer Simpson Snapping Bart Simpson's Neck to the point of death, have a massive effect on The Simpsons as a whole, and on the whole The Simpsons Community?
