Homer officially states he hasn't strangled Bart but then why in Bad Boys… For Life did they finally bring it back? I get the creators confirmed it will continue but as Homer said, times have changed.

Why do you think no, @A Wikia Contributor ITALIAN's return? In canon, it doesn't occur. I am aware of the crew saying it will happen but we still don't see any canon normal Homer strangle Bart strangles.
