What if the government learned about Homer's friendship with Hank Scorpio and hired him to bring down Scorpio which he does and Scorpio tells Homer that out of all the enemies who could have defeated him and brought down his empire, he's glad it was Homer and contemplates giving up global terrorism and trying to rule the world.
