Technically, the KB stands for Kent Brockman. Furthermore, the capital of Springfield's state is called Capital City (and it is confirmed that this is not just a generic term to refer to another capital, since Noah lists Capital City as a state capital) and Springfield is not on any maps. Therefore, we can conclude that Capital City is the capital of a mysterious, hidden, and uncharted 51st state also containing Springfield, Shelbyville, Ogdenville, and Guidopolis. Sort of like Wakanda, but a US state. Maybe we should call it Wakand'oh.

We must perform a ritual. This ritual will give Apu his voice back, resurrect Mrs. Krabappel and kill her replacement by mysterious causes and possibly a "Who killed Mrs. Payton?" episode will follow, and it will also force Troy McClure to move back to Springfield and give Lionel Hutz his voice back, and produce at least one episode where Homer is either absent or has no speaking role, and it will make Homer fart spiderwebs on Ned Flanders. To perform the ritual, simply 1) vote, 2) discard "Yes" or "No" in the comments, and 3) either upvote or say "Lisa Simpson is the best character" and you will become a part of the ritual.
