Fabuła

W tym celu postanawia podwyższyć podatki, lecz sam przekonuje mieszkańców, że stało się tak w wyniku napływu nielegalnych imigrantów. Niebawem wszyscy pragną pozbyć się ze Springfield obcokrajowców, do których należy między innymi Apu.
