4-H is a club for children. Its focus is farming and its headquarters is at the Cheddarbarrel Farm and 4-H Center.
History[]
Bart joined 4-H here after he had seen Martin driving a combine harvester. Homer didn't want to allow him at first, but after he had found out that there wasn't much parent participation in the club, he agreed.
Bart had to take oath on The 4-H Guidebook, but the 4-H leader allowed him to skip it, because it was too long.
Bart did things that included feeding animals (chicken and pigs) and ploughing fields while he was at the club. The club also held a cow competition over summer. Children took care about their cows and the cow who improved the most won, which was Lou, Bart's cow.
