The 4-H Leader is the leader of 4-H.
History
When Bart joined 4-H, he allowed Bart to skip the oath on The 4-H Guidebook, because it was too long, and put him in a combine harvester. He was also the one who prepared snack food for children. He later told them that there will be a cow competition, so the children have to take care about a cow over summer.
