Scratchy visits Dr. Itchy's office. Itchy puts the earpieces of a stethoscope into Scratchy's ears, then goes to the other end of the stethoscope and eats a Butterfinger. Amplified by the stethoscope, the sound of Itchy crunching the Butterfinger causes Scratchy to shatter into pieces, and Itchy laughs.
Bart, watching the TV and eating his own Butterfinger, laughs and says, "Bite my Butterfinger!" The camera cuts back to Itchy and Scratchy, where Scratchy says "From Nestle" and his eyeball falls down while Itchy is eating his Butterfinger.

Since it was animated for commercials instead of for the main series, this marks the first time in the real world that The Itchy & Scratchy Show was animated with digital ink and paint instead of traditional cel animation.
