After an intro, where it's going through a brief montage of clips from the 30th season, all the way to the first Simpsons episode, Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire, the clip zooms out to reveal the Simpsons as aliens from the future watching the clip on the TV. Homer as an alien turns off the TV after the short clip and questions, "Why does Homer talk like Walter Matthau?"
