Anderson Cooper is an American journalist, who appears in the episode "The Kid is All Right", during the future. In the episode he will be the moderator of the presidential debate between Lisa and Isabel.

When Kent Brockman ended up fired from Channel 6 due to being outed as a repeatedly-fraudulent news reporter, Homer initially mistakes Brockman for Anderson Cooper and mentions he'll miss him, only for Marge to correct him.
