Andy Griffith is an actor known for The Andy Griffith Show and Matlock.
He visited Springfield to the excitement of the city's elderly residents. They crowded around him and ended up hurting him. Jasper Beardly stole his pills for heart problems, leading Griffith to be taken by an ambulance.[1]
