Angela D'Amico is the wife of Fat Tony. She makes her first and currently only major appearance in "The Real Housewives of Fat Tony."

She was voiced by Tress MacNeille.

History

When Angela had her first open house as a licensed real estate broker, she drove through the fence at the D'Amico summer house after catching her husband and Selma. When Selma found out that Fat Tony had another woman, he told Selma that she was his goomah (Mafia slang for mistress), and not a brutta puttana (nasty whore). The women then begin fighting. ("The Real Housewives of Fat Tony")

Angela makes her second appearance in "The Fat Blue Line". When Fat Tony is being taken to prison, he says goodbye to his wife Angela (who has a different appearance than before), and then to another lady, his goombah.

In "The Last Man Expanding", when Homer is unable to afford Othinquic (a new weight-loss "wonder drug"), he uses the black market to get stolen Othinquic from Fat Tony. Fat Tony has lost an extreme amount of weight, but will not admit he is taking Othinquic. He says "I don't cheat on diets. I would never cheat on anything, except my wife." Fat Tony then turns around a framed picture of Angela on his desk. ("The Last Man Expanding")

Trivia

• Her name is revealed in the script for "The Real Housewives of Fat Tony", but was not mentioned aloud.
• Fat Tony missing his wife's first open house as licensed realtor might be a reference to mafia boss Tony Soprano's wife Carmela having a professional house selling storyline in the sixth and final season of The Sopranos.
• In the episode "Cremains of the Day", Fat Tony mentions a lady named Connie who he instructs an associate named Bruno Wife-Banger to pick up. It is unknown if this is meant to be a new name for Angela (one that is actually mentioned aloud), another wife of his, or somebody else's wife entirely.
