She first appeared in "The Real Housewives of Fat Tony". She stayed with her son and the rest of the family.
Her name was revealed in "Whistler's Father" when Marge Simpson revealed to Fit-Fat Tony that the building they were remodeled to be a brothel was originally an old catholic postboffice she used to run.
She was mentioned again in "A Made Maggie", when Fit-Fat Tony revealed a catholic book she gave him so he can teach Maggie Simpson about catholicism as part of his new duties as Maggie's godfather while Fit-Fat Tony and the Simpsons ate at Luigi's for lunch.
