Angry Dad is going to cut the hedges, but a raccoon steals the hedge trimmer. After attempting to get it back with a scythe and an axe, the raccoon races indoors, locks Angry Dad out, then calls the police and starts watching TV. Then it cuts to Bart drawing, while a raccoon is sitting on the coach and Homer is outside getting beaten by Lou and Eddie.
