Mr. Burns Scrooge is an animated Christmas decoration made by Gemmy Industries in 2003, and is based on the Mr. Burns. He is dressed in a vintage top hat, overcoat, tuxedo, trousers and loafers. He holds a walking staff in his right hand. The lamppost lights up as he moves his right arm and head and sings "God rest ye merry gentlemen" and "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" and says many different phrases.
