The Arboretum Overseer is the man in charge of monitoring the Springfield Arboretum. He lets Stampy consume the vegetation from the Arboretum, but is shocked when the elephant literally strips every single tree bare of its leaves. Homer Simpson asks if there are any other arboretums for the elephant to finish its meal, but he claims that there are not.
