Army Pilot 3 is a military pilot in Springfield. When Army Pilot 1's plane mistakenly fires a missile at his and Army Pilot 3's jet, the two men parachute out, but their parachutes break leading to a bumpy landing. Though Army Pilot 2 blames the mishap on America's channeling of taxpayer money into healthcare instead of the military, he insists that healthcare is an important program.
