The Art Museum Couch Gag is a couch gag used in the episode Trust But Clarify.

Plot[]

Homer is screaming and yelling in suffrage, as Marge and Lisa are forcing him to go to a boring old art museum. They push him in there and they all look around. Homer eventually starts to get pulled into the museum and when he looks around, he starts seeing everything as the art that's in the museum. He starts looking around and seeing Lisa and Marge as Picasso like versions of themselves. He then leaves the museum and sees that everything all around Springfield is like that too. He goes back to his own home again and sits down on the couch, next to Maggie and decides that there's really nothing wrong with it. However, be doing so, he transforms into a pop-art version of himself, and says "D'oh!", which goes into a comic book-style speech bubble.
