When Chief Wiggum saw Mona Simpson and Homer at a café he went to arrest them. When Mona and Homer noticed they left the café and tried to drive away but they accidently crashed. Chief Wiggum said they were lucky since they only destroyed bricks and attorneys. Moments later, the attorney dies under the car.
