Baby Seal Beach is a small settlement named after its beach which is renowned for its uniqueness around the state.

The Oil Spill[]
The entire beach was stained with oil after an oil tanker sank off the coast, due of the misdoings of a drunk Captain Horatio McCallister. Many creatures were affected by the oilstain, and a cleanup effort made up of mostly celebrities was set up. The celebrities were Rainier Wolfcastle, and some golden globe nominee who saved a baby seal. Obviously, they were doing it for publicity.
