Bachelor Arms is an apartment complex in Springfield. Kirk Van Houten stayed there during his divorce from Luann. Buying Bachelor Arms in The Simpsons: Tapped Out unlocks Kirk in the game.
Bachelor Arms has a high rate of suicides; in "Three Gays of the Condo", the sign had a counter showing how many days it has been since a resident committed suicide (counter would reset after a suicide).
