The title of this article is conjectural. Though the topic is found within The Simpsons universe, a proper name is not available.

The Ballet Teacher is a Springfield Elementary School employee, who teaches the school ballet class. When Bart forgot that it was P.E. sign-up day at school, and all the other sports were full, Bart was forced to sign up for ballet, as it was the only activity that had any open spots. Bart, however, eventually found out that he was actually pretty good at ballet.
