Synopsis[]
Bart creates balloon sculptures using his Krusty Balloon Animal Sculpting Kit.
Plot[]
Bart and Lisa are seen on the couch. Bart is seen unboxing a Krusty Balloon Animal Sculpting Kit he wanted. He exclaims that the fact it has arrived is cool and that at last, he will be an artist. Lisa quotes Bart's dream, and says she'll believe it when she sees it. Bart says "Oh, ye of little faith". Lisa is then surprised with Bart's balloon sculpture of a person on a surfboard, and she asks him what else he can make. Bart tells her to watch and be amazed. Marge says "Hmmm…", then she quotes that something is not quite right, next to Homer sitting on a balloon sofa. Homer says it's "comfortamable, like a cushion of air!" Marge says to Homer that she think's Bart's new hobby is becoming a problem and that it's ruining her hair, while Homer says that him and his family should encourage the boy, Homer also says that his hair has been wavier than it's been in years!
Homer says it's like living in a moon walk, Marge calls Bart by his full name and she asks him what he has to say for himself, while Bart gasps for air after inflating the balloon models. Bart is seen holding a pin, Lisa covers her ears, Maggie also covers her ears while she is being held in Homer's arms, Homer sniffs in sadness that it could only end in one way, and Marge complains that she just doesn't want to live in a house that squeaks. Bart says "Somehow, this makes it all worthwhile." Bart bursts the balloon house, with a thunderous kablam! Marge says "Now, that's more like it!"
