Barney Fife

Barney Fife is a character from the Andy Griffith Show who made a cameo appearance voiced by Dana Gould in "Pranksta Rap". He is easily considered one of Chief Wiggum's favorite TV show characters and appears to be a wacky cop like Chief Wiggum. His real actor Don Knotts could not make it to voice him due to retirement.
