Bart's Racoon is a pet owned by Bart. When Snake asked him why he was an outlaw, he said he stole the "cage" for his pet (a shopping cart). Bart feeds the animal with his ADD meds, which makes the raccoon act jittery.
Later in the episode, Snake stole a tiger from the Zoo and gave it to Bart as a gift for helping him escape the cops, but the tiger ended up eating the raccoon.

- This is the second time in the series a Simpson adopt a raccoon as a "pet". The first was in Smoke on the Daughter.
