Bart Lisa is Bart and Lisa Simpson conjoined. They make their first and only appearance when they got conjoined after Bart got his head sliced off by Arnie Pye's helicopter in "Dead and Shoulders" segment in "Treehouse of Horror XXIV."

Bart was voiced by Nancy Cartwright, while Lisa was voiced by Yeardley Smith.

Appearance

Bart Lisa is Bart Simpson and Lisa Simpson conjoined. Bart's head is sewn onto Lisa's right shoulder. They share the same body, arms, and legs.

Biography/Personality

In the second Treehouse of Horror XXIV segment, after Bart got his head sliced off due to him tying a kite string around his neck, he got sewn to Lisa's body in the Springfield General Hospital. Bart Lisa shares the personality of both Bart and Lisa, since they're a character that consists of them. However, given Bart was only sewn to Lisa's shoulder, Lisa is still in "complete" control. At the Springfield Elementary School, Lisa shows off Bart for her show and tell and is praised by Ms. Hoover. However, the teacher berates Bart for his show and tell being that he is on Lisa's body, so he gets an F- and Lisa laughs at Bart, so he starts beating her up with his head, Ms. Hoover puts a globe between their heads, but then they start licking the globe. At therapy, Bart and Lisa learn to like each other and become friends, they even played the saxophone together. However, Bart soon discovers while Lisa is asleep, he is in complete control of her body, so, to make sure that he will forever be in control, he slips some Nappien into her yogurt. After failing to rip Lisa's head off with Principal Skinner's car, he ties her to a log in a sawmill. Lisa wakes up and says, 'I thought we were friends!' and Bart responds with 'A brother can never be friends with his sister.' and because Lisa is now awake, she is in complete control so Bart can't do anything, so she forces Bart's head to the saw's path, and his head gets sawed off. Lisa looks over at Bart gloatingly and does not notice the next saw, resulting in her head getting sawed off as well. Bart wakes up and he's now conjoined to Selma, who is pleased that she can always do karaoke duets with Bart, and Lisa is now conjoined to Krusty, and he forces Lisa to be his comedy partner. Dr. Hibbert then shows up and is now conjoined with Dr. Nick.
