When Bart's latest prank leads to chaos at Springfield Elementary, Marge and Homer dream of a world in which their rambunctious son was never a Simpson.
Plot[]
The episode starts at Springfield Elementary, where Bart was told to read some books for Riley and the little kids. He decides to create his own stories by drawing in the books, however when the Librarian sees what Bart did, Homer and Marge became enrage of his prank, to the point where both would shout and yelled at Bart while doing what looked like a tag team role (with one telling the other to tag them in when they are too tired to come up with another rant) and for Bart's punishment for all the years, Marge told him that she will serve him his less favorite vegetable in sandwich form for a long time and locking him away in his room for thirty days.
During a meeting with Ms. Peyton, they learn what Bart did was actually a good thing as most of the little kids (including Ralph) loved the books and started reading and drawing on the copies of the books, which Homer and Marge explain that what Bart said but they didn't believe him (with Homer revealing that they NEVER believe what Bart said). When they get back home, Homer and Marge sit outside to continue discussion about Bart. The next morning, Homer and Marge wake up in a beautiful house next to the Springfield sign. Lisa and Maggie are getting ready for school before they'll going to work. Marge working at St. Shondaland Animal Hospital as the head doctor where is the only employee who takes her job seriously, while everyone else is busy with office romance and gossip. Meanwhile, Homer works at Isotope Stadium as the Jumbotron operator who loves his job.
After briefly visiting Moe's Tavern, Homer and the family go for ice cream. While Homer is driving back home in the rain at night to have ice cream, he hits a boy who is riding his skateboard across the road. The boy told him his name was Bart, but he could not remember anything else. The family took him to the hospital, where Dr. Hibbert tells Bart that he has memory loss. The family decide to take Bart home instead of leaving him in the police jail until Chief Wiggum decides what to do with him. At home, Bart starts to annoy the family rapidly with his misbehaving.
The next morning, Bart bubbling his bowl which Maggie giggling and he writes "eat my shorts" on Lisa's lunch bag, which Marge couldn't understand. Bart explained that he said this so that people who know about the business wouldn't mess with him because he was the boss. When everyone leaves, Homer decides Bart cannot stay home alone and takes him to the stadium to work. At Isotope Stadium, Bart starts messing with Jumbotron controls and typing his silly messages and animations causing the crowd to go wild and the sound meter reaches 100. Homer had not managed to do it before. Meanwhile, at Shondaland Animal Hospital, Marge checks the waiting room for patients, but she gets angry at the staff who don't take their job seriously and calling them by saying "eat my shorts." The staff are now listening to Marge and have started acting like professionals. Later at home, Lisa is doing a diorama for her homework assignment while Bart inquiries about her activity. He pulls Lisa to watch The Itchy & Scratchy Show episode of "The Great British Slaying Show" together until late at night.
The following morning, the atmosphere in the house had changed. Lisa, overcoming her OCD, had opened her Malibu Stacy dolls, and Maggie chuckled over a book Bart had included her in. Homer and Marge acknowledged their fondness for Bart, despite his antics. Suddenly, Chief Wiggum burst through the door to escort Bart to the Springfield Maximum Security Orphanage. Before being escorted away by Chief Wiggum, Bart farewells to the family. After heartfelt farewells, Homer and Marge chased the car, unwilling to part with Bart. However, Homer and Marge woke up to find it was all a dream. Relieved, they go to Bart's room to tell him that they just realized they like him.
In the end of the episode, back at school, Chief Wiggum tries to come out that Ralph drew on the hole. Subsequently, Ralph then draws the boat and embarks on it, sailing down a river without knowing its destination.
