Homer calls Bart for his Sunday night bath. Bart doesn't want to take one, so he hides in the closet. Homer hears him burp, takes him out, and puts him in the bathtub, which is filled with freezing cold water that Bart doesn't like. Once Homer leaves, Bart turns on the hot water, feeling much better. He then dives under and pretends to be Jacques Cousteau. He then realizes he left the water on and flooded the bathroom. Homer hears him crying for help and opens the door, letting all the water out. He then starts to chase the naked Bart around the house.
