Bernice is the supervisor/boss of Marty and Bill, the announcers for KBBL. She scolds Marty and Bill for conning Bart by offering an elephant for a prize in a radio competition and refusing to give Bart one, and threatened to replace them with a machine called the DJ 3000 if they didn't give Bart the elephant.
