Best of the Smithsonian is a travelling museum exhibition that came to the Springfield Convention Center.
The exhibition is sponsored by the Omnitouch cell phone company, which Lisa Simpson is disappointed by. Among the collection of historical and cultural items on display was Abraham Lincoln's hat, Fonzie's jacket, and the Bill of Rights, which Homer accidentally damaged and therefore was forced to repay his debts.
