Biclops is a comic book superhero who wears thick glasses like Milhouse. They were meant to be issued as marketing for Lenscrafters. As a result, the comics as standalone stories were excessively unpopular, to the extent that Milhouse's sale of them at The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop nearly resulted in the store being shut down.

According to Milhouse after Kearney sarcastically asked if his girlfriend was named Lois Lame, Biclops was afraid of girls.
