The Bigger Brothers Agency is an organization centered around giving father figures to underprivileged children. One Bigger Brother was Tom. Bart Simpson abused the resources of the organization by pretending to be a poor child and getting the companionship of Tom because of his dissatisfaction with his own dad. Homer Simpson, upon learning this, became a Bigger Brother to Pepi to get revenge on Bart.
