The Billboard gag from the episode "Take My Life, Please"
The billboard gag is a new running visual gag that premiered with the mid-Season 20-present opening sequence which debuted in the season 20 episode "Take My Life, Please". It is one of the many Opening Sequence gags, along with the title screen gag (which is also introduced in said episode), chalkboard gag, couch gag, and Lisa's saxophone solo. It consists of an image and some text that is either related to a character in Springfield, or a unique advertisement for a location in Springfield. The billboard itself is located nearby the statue of Jebediah Springfield and Springfield Elementary School. It appeared in the opening sequence for most episodes since "Take My Life, Please". However, some episodes omit this gag due to a different opening for some of those episodes.
