Billy is a child who is the son and seemingly the apprentice of the Mechanic at Gasso. When Homer Simpson arrived at the facility with heart issues, the mechanic tried to explain his impending death to Billy by comparing him to a car they couldn't fix. However, Billy misses the point and asks whether they're going to sell Homer.
