Bob Newhart is a television comedian. He spoke at Krusty the Clown's memorial service, but not by choice; rather, he was waiting for "another funeral" and Troy McClure insisted he speak. He bluffed his way through his speech, admitting to have started his career years before Krusty and not to have watched his show but claiming that in a way he taught things to everything. He got only lukewarm applause.
