~ Mr. Burns offering Bobo to Maggie |
Bobo is Mr. Burns's beloved teddy bear. After Mr. Burns leaves him behind, Bobo falls into the nearby river after the snows melts and eventually winds up in New York, where he discovered by Charles Lindbergh. Lindbergh then takes Bobo aboard the Spirit of St. Louis and after reaching Paris, throws Bobo into the crowd where he is caught by Adolf Hitler. In 1945, Hitler still possesses Bobo in his Berlin bunker as defeat is near, telling him "this is all your fault" before tossing him aside. Somehow, Bobo escapes the bunker and in 1957, makes it to the top of a submarine which arrives at the North Pole and becomes encased in a block of ice. In 1993, he is discovered by Kwik-E-Mart ice harvesters and then put in a bag ice
After ending up in the Kwik-E-Mart, he returns to Mr. Burns. Burns sparks a city-wide search to find him offering a large reward and he is found in Maggie's care.
Burns offers Homer a lot of money in return for the bear but Homer declines as Maggie loves it too much. Maggie eventually gives it to Burns.
It was still seen with Mr. Burns and was apparently fixed up, and Mr. Smithers supplied him to Mr. Burns after the latter ended up injured from a fight between Homer and Smithers.
In 1,000,000 AD, some apes discover Bobo and Mr. Burns (now a cyborg) grabbed him. He says, "Bobo, I know I say this every century, but I'll never leave you behind again," implying that the same thing happens every century.
