Bolivia is a country in South America.
History[]
One of Patty and Selma's vacations was to Bolivia and brought back a souvenir Bolivian coin collection for Bart. Bart, looking for money to buy Issue 1 of Radioactive Man comics, takes the coins to the Foreign Exchange at the local bank branch to "Americanize this," but then disappointedly learns "All those coins were only worth three lousy cents?" and the man of the Foreign Exchange quips back, "Let the good times roll!"[1]
Marge and Homer are at the ticket window for the Springfield Googolplex Theatres and decide to see "The Stockholm Affair" which Marge read in the newspaper was suppose to be a "taunt political thriller," but just the mention of political causes Homer to groan. During the movie a general in the Oval Office reports, "Mr. President, disturbing news. Serious cracks are developing in the Greco–Bolivian alliance."[2]
When Lisa unwraps Bart's globe, Bolivia is one of the countries seen.[3]
Chirpy Boy and Bart Junior are Bolivian Tree Lizards[4].
Chalmers and Skinner attempt to flee to Bolivia only for Bart to snag Skinner's car keys.[5]
