The Bulldog General was a onetime character in The Itchy & Scratchy Show.
History[]
In "DiePod Slaylist", Scratchy is given super-intelligence after a brain transplant, during this period, the black cat befriends a canine General of the United States military. The Bulldog General watched Scratchy discover the formula for the atomic bomb whilst formulating on a chalkboard.
The two tested the atomic bomb on the ocean, whilst watching with binoculars on the USS UNSINKABLE battleship. Unlike Scratchy, any effect of the death of the sentient marine life wasn't shown on the canine General. When Scratchy built a time machine to prevent the atomic bomb from being invented, he arrived at the point where he came up with the formula.
However to Future Scratchy and the General's shock, the past Scratchy was actually an atomic bomb in disguise, the General and Scratchy could only look in shock before the bomb went off, killing them both, to Itchy's sadistic joy.
