Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are in a room having a burp contest with cans of soda. Marge walks in and enquires as to the situation. She scolds them and storms out, but Bart and Lisa continue.
They are drinking soda again when Marge storms in again. Marge lectures Bart and encourages him not to disappoint her. At the moment Marge leaves, Bart emits a gigantic belch and falls on his back.
When Marge returns again later, she asks the kids what the thrill is, but disagrees with their activities. When she leaves, Maggie belches very loudly. Lisa calls her the new champion.
Marge bursts in once more and berates them. Homer walks in with his drink and out-belches everyone. Marge is disappointed while the kids are amused.
