Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are in a room having a burp contest. Bart and Lisa take a swig of pop and each burp. Mom walks in at the left hand side of the room and inquires as to the situation. She scolds them and storms out, but Bart and Lisa continue. They are once again drinking pop when Mom storms in once again. Mom lectures Bart and encourages him not to disappoint her. At the moment Mom leaves, Bart emits a gigantic belch and falls on his back. Mom asks the kids what the thrill is, but disagrees with their activities. At this point, she leaves and with Bart, Lisa, and Maggie alone in the room together, Maggie belches very loudly. Neither of the other two able to match her prowess. Marge bursts in once more and berates them. Dad walks in with some kind of carbonated drink and out-belches everyone. Mom is disappointed, and the kids are amused. Then Maggie burps once more.
