The Canadian Symbols couch gag is the twentieth and final couch gag of Season 24.
Plot[]
A loon, a Canadian hockey player, John A. Macdonald and a beaver all come in the living room and sit on the couch. "O Canada" (the national anthem of Canada) plays as the Simpson family runs in as usual and shoves them aside to sit on the couch, but their guests say nothing. Maggie sucks on a hockey puck.

The Dandelions couch gag was the winning submission of the American version of said contest, which only appeared in the original, international (except Canada), and online airings of said episode.
