Capital City Plaza Employee is a rather annoying employee of the Capital City Plaza Hotel.
History[]
When Homer Simpson and Mindy Simmons stay at the Capital City Plaza Hotel in order to attend the National Energy Convention as representatives of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, he is the employee who brings Homer's baggage to his room, "106." He makes some comments towards Homer (and sound effects) implying he and Mindy will have sex. Homer denies this. Later when Homer brings Marge to the hotel and the lights are off, he again appears and makes his sex related sound effects, earning himself a punch from Homer.[2]
