Carl is a character from Family Guy. He appeared in the episode The Simpsons Guy.
Biography
In the episode The Simpsons Guy, Family Guy characters were sitting next to The Simpsons characters for being rip offs of them. Principal Shepherd was sitting next to Comic Book Guy, for stealing the concept of a fat, nerdy, virgin who is obsessed with worthless forms of media from him.
