Cartelli is a character on the hit television sitcom Cheers. She appeared in The Simpsons episode "Fear of Flying" as a bartender of the Cheers bar, where Sam Malone her that he is planning on a date with two twins. She claims this is not a smart decision on the same night when he is going to marry Diane without Rebecca knowing. She makes a bet with Sam, and he says that if this affects his major league comeback he will sell the bar.
