Celeste is a girl who is a Springfield Elementary School student, and that her talking Malibu Stacy doll spoke with Spider-Man's voice instead of Malibu Stacy's. She and the rest of Lisa's friends laughed at Lisa for saying a "dirty word" (which Lisa called the dolls "sexist").
