Charles Heathbar is a man who was Marge's boyfriend on a reality TV show Mother Flippers. He is 37 years old.

Homer went onto the show to get enough money to buy a plasma screen TV. The Simpson Family and Charles Heathbar, his wife Verity and son Ben then took part in the swap.
Charles soon fell in love with Marge as she was much kinder than Verity. Charles told Marge he loved her through song while being filmed.
However, Marge told him no. Charles decided to get a divorce from Verity, only to find out she was getting a divorce, too and was also dating Patty now.
