Chewbacca is a character in Star Wars. When Fox Mulder and Dana Scully showed Homer Simpson a lineup of aliens and asked if he had seen any of them, one of the aliens was Chewbacca. Later, Chewbacca wore the Shirt Vendor's "Homer is a dope" T-shirt.
An individual dressed as Chewbacca attempted to enter the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con. When Jeremy Freedman announced that they were full, he roared with rage much as Chewbacca roars in the film series.
Star Wars Monopoly has a picture of Chewbacca on the front.
