Chloe O'Brian is an agent who gives Jack Bauer all of the info he needs to complete his missions. At one point, Bauer attempted to contact her for schematics presumably related to his current mission while caught in the middle of a shootout, although due to crossed wires, he ended up somehow connecting to Bart's cellphone while the latter was attempting to contact the Counter-Truancy Unit. Jack told her to look up information of someone called Ahmed Adoudi, which was actually one of Bart's prank calls. She told him that it was a prank after telling him fake details.
