Christopher Collins (August 30, 1949 – June 12, 1994), born Christopher Lawrence Latta, and also known as Chris Latta, was an American voice actor. He was the original voice of Mr. Burns and voiced him in "Homer's Odyssey". He also voiced the America's Most Armed and Dangerous Presenter in "Some Enchanted Evening". He originally recorded the dialouge for Moe in the same episode, but his lines were redubbed before broadcast by Hank Azaria. He left to return to his original comedy career, and died in 1994 from a cerebral hemorrhage.
Collins is widely regarded for other animated characters he portrayed, including Cobra Commander in G.I. Joe and Starscream in Transformers. In both of these roles he was credited as Chris Latta.
