Chuckie Fitzhugh served as president of the International Brotherhood of Jazz Dancers, Pastry Chefs and Nuclear Technicians trade union. He vowed to clean up the corruption within the organization, after which he mystriously disappeared. It is heavily implied that the union murdered him and buried his body in the football stadium, as a football player is seen tripping over a human shaped mound on the pitch when Mr. Burns asks Waylon Smithers where Fitzhugh is, and Carl Carlson's decleration of hope that Fitzhugh is found alive and well at a union meeting is met with laughter from the other attendees. He was succeeded as union president by Homer Simpson.
